In-N-Out 4×4

In-N-Out 4×4

Not everyone lives near an In-N-Out, but for those that do, there are plenty of unhealthy options to choose from on the menu! One of the worst is the 4x4, which is a burger with a ridiculous four patties! Trying to eat one is basically a workout, which is good because you're going to need to burn off some calories!

This massive burger has a little over 1,000 calories, which means you'll blow half a day's worth of calories in one sitting. It also contains 70g of fat, but the really shocking nutrition fact for the 4x4 is its sodium--it has 2,320 mg, which is seriously pushing the limit, even for this list!

Bojangles Chicken Rice Bowl with Biscuit

Bojangles Chicken Rice Bowl with Biscuit

Some people find the chicken at Bojangles irresistible, but these nutrition facts will probably give you pause, even if you're a Bojangles superfan. One of the worst things for your waistline you'll find on the menu is the Chicken Rice Bowl--with a biscuit, of course! However, you'd be better off just eating salt straight from the shaker.

Calorie-wise, this item isn't the worst on the list. It's got a little over 1,000 calories, which isn't great but also isn't anything to write home about. What's really shocking about this rice bowl is the sodium content. If you eat the entire thing, you're taking in 4,330 mg of sodium, which is almost two day's worth!

Cinnabon Caramel Pecanbon

Cinnabon Caramel Pecanbon

If you've got a sweet tooth, Cinnabon is the place to be. No matter what you buy there, you can rest assured you'll be getting warm, gooey, and sweet goodness. However, if you're worried about your diet, you might want to stick to the smells because there's not much healthy here, especially the caramel Pecanbon.

One Pecanbon has 1,080 calories, and we're not sure that a half a day's calories is a fair trade for a measly cinnamon roll. But where things really get crazy is with the sugar. The caramel Pecanbon has a whopping 75 grams of sugar, which is more than double your daily recommended amount--and then some!

Jimmy Johns Gargantuan

Jimmy Johns Gargantuan

There are a lot of sandwich options to choose from at Jimmy Johns, but if you can't make up your mind, there's always the Gargantuan--it's got a little bit of all the meats the restaurant has to offer. This thing is massive, so it should come as no surprise that it will have a massive effect on your diet!

The sandwich has 1,090 calories, which is just over half of what you're recommended to eat in a day. It's also got questionably high levels of fat (42g) and sodium (4,330 mg). However, it's also got 15g of sugar. That's not insanely high, but it's about half of your recommended intake, which is strange to think about considering it's a savory sandwich.

Jack in the Box Oreo Cookie With Whipped Topping Shake

Jack in the Box Oreo Cookie With Whipped Topping Shake

If you order a milkshake from any fast food restaurant, you should just go ahead and assume that it's going to be packed with calories, fat, and sugar. And Jack in the Box's Oreo Cookie Shake is no exception! It's one of the unhealthiest things you can find on the menu at the restaurant.

If you go with the large size, expect to take in 1,145 calories in the process--that's more than half you should have in a day! Also, brace yourself for the 60 grams of fat and 107 grams of sugar, which are both over the daily recommended limit themselves.

A&W M&M Polar Swirl

A&W M&M Polar Swirl

A&W gives other fast-food restaurants a run for their money when it comes to unhealthy frozen treats. All of their Polar Swirl options are going to be iffy when it comes to nutrition, but there's one that's just downright outrageous--the M&M Polar Swirl. These nutrition facts are going to make you think twice about ordering it!

A large M&M Polar Swirl is going to have 1,190 calories in it. That's not great, but it's definitely not the worst thing about this ice cream treat. What's worst is the sugar content--there are an insane 162g in a large! For reference, most health experts recommend between 24 and 34 grams of sugar per day for an adult.

Burger King Triple Whopper with Cheese

Burger King Triple Whopper with Cheese

There aren't many fast food items that have the same iconic status as Burger King's Whopper. While having an old-fashioned, single-patty Whopper might not be too terrible for you, it's a different story if you're talking about the Triple Whopper. It's got three times the meat and three times the poor nutrition!

The Triple Whopper comes in at 1,220 calories, and while that's not as bad as some items on this list, it's still crazy to think that you can get more than half a day's calories from a single burger. It's also packed with fat (82 grams), but its worst stat is definitely the sodium--a dangerous 1,470 mg.

Five Guys Fries

Five Guys Fries

Five Guys may be a delicious burger place, but it's pretty obvious that the food you're getting there is not going to be the healthiest. While the burgers there can be packed with calories and fat, it's their fries that you really have to watch out for. They can be deceptively unhealthy.

In a large order of fries at Five Guys, you're looking at around 1300 calories, but that's not always the case. Five Guys isn't known for their accurate, consistent portion sizes, and you're likely to find a lot of extra fries just tossed into your bag willy nilly. While that's awesome if you're looking for value, it's not awesome if you're watching what you eat.

McDonalds Big Breakfast with Hotcakes

McDonalds Big Breakfast with Hotcakes

The McDonald's Big Breakfast comes in at a whopping 1340 calories--which is more than half of the 2000 daily calories recommended for an adult. You might be able to make this work if you eat very little for the rest of the day, but you've also got to watch out for the high fat and sodium content.

If you manage to finish one of these massive burgers, you'll have eaten about 1400 calories, which is more than half what's recommended in a day. However, this burger's worst quality has to be the sodium--it's got 2,780 mg. That's almost double what you should have in a day!

There's no shortage of frozen fast food treats that are less than healthy for you. Whenever sugar and cream show up, nutrition is nowhere to be found! However, one of the worst choices currently available if you're watching your weight is Dairy Queen's Royal Rock Road Trip Blizzard Treat. It's a mouthful to say and eat!

This admittedly tasty treat comes in at a staggering 1500 calories and more than 150 grams of sugar. Just to put these absurd numbers into context, you could eat a dozen doughnuts and you wouldn't hit 150 grams of sugar. If you have the self-control to eat this over the course of a couple days you might be fine, but this is terrible to eat in one sitting.

Subway Chicken and Bacon Ranch

Subway Chicken and Bacon Ranch

While Subway tries to brand itself as a healthy fast-food alternative, not everything on the menu is equal. The Chicken and Bacon Ranch Subway is just about one of the least healthy menu items you could order. The sandwich is loaded with chicken, which would be fine if it weren’t also for the bacon, ranch and melted cheddar oozing throughout.

Just how bad is it? A footlong sandwich is 1,070 calories, which is about the equivalent of a burrito. It has 52 grams of fat, 19 grams of saturated fat and 1 gram of trans fat. Pizza Hut Meat Lover's Large Original Pan Pizza

Pizza Hut Meat Lover's Large Original Pan Pizza
