2-year-old Kayden Elijah Kinkle has faced some big hurdles in his short life, but he definitely takes them in stride.
Kayden was born with an omphalocele, a birth defect in which abdominal organs are born outside the body, and amniotic band syndrome, which occurs when a developing fetus becomes tangled in stringy amniotic bands that affect growth. As a result of the latter condition, he was forced to undergo amputation of his right foot and left leg in January 2014.
As the video filmed by his mother shows, Kayden faces challenges such as walking with his new prostheses with incredible determination, chanting "I got it" over and over. Those who are moved by this inspirational story can donate funds for Kayden's medical expenses via a GoFundMe crowdfunding page.
