Want to feel confident showing off your arms? Follow these easy exercises to create beautifully sculpted arms that you are proud to flaunt. These exercises can be done either in a gym or at home. The only equipment needed is a set of dumbbells and an exercise bench (if available).A well-rounded arm workout includes moves that will work your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and forearms. The biceps are the muscles on the front of your upper arms. Triceps are the muscles located on the back of your upper arms. The forearms are made up of the pronator teres and the brachioradialis. While you won’t see any specific exercises in this workout for forearms, they will often be impacted by the same exercises, such as the bicep curls. The deltoids (shoulders) are made up of three parts, the anterior, middle, and posterior. In order to have well-defined shoulders and maintain good joint health, it is important to work all three parts of the deltoids.  The following set of exercises can be used as a complete workout, or you can incorporate any of these moves into your existing routine. For a complete workout, try for three sets of 8-12 reps of each exercise. If needed, you can take a one-minute rest between each set. Always use as much weight as you can handle while still completing all reps. The last set should be difficult, but not impossible.Be sure to maintain good control throughout each movement. You want to focus on keeping good form to prevent injury. Throughout each movement, focus on the muscles that are being worked.
