Bipolar Disorder Quiz

Bipolar disorder is a chronic illness that is characterized by drastic mood swings and emotional extremes. At one end of this spectrum is mania or hypomania, which are emotional states of intense energy, creativity, impulsiveness, and euphoria. At the opposite end of the spectrum is depression, with symptoms of intense sadness and hopelessness.

The bipolar disorder quiz below focuses on symptoms of mania and can quickly help you decide whether you should speak with a licensed mental health professional.
